Andy is a passionate management consultant who translates the strategic coaching concepts in Merced’s software into practical training programs.

It has been very powerful to learn what we do well and how our work is used by team leaders, coaches, front line employees and executives in our client organizations. He understands each of those roles and has helped us create a classroom experience that is an amalgamation of all the good things people do with the tool.

He is an expert in helping people apply best practices of coaching in their lives and daily work. He helped us translate what would otherwise be very textbook oriented principles into something very tactical and usable.

He’s a consummate professional and he’s fun to work with. He’s been a great partner.
