Andy Elkind

Andy Elkind, Vice President, Operations, is a performance consultant with more than 25 years of experience in the design, development, and implementation of training solutions and performance improvement systems.

As co-founder and managing partner of Flora/Elkind Associates (FEA) he designed highly successful programs for managers and employees, including: Sold On Selling, Service That Achieves Revenue (STAR), Exceptional Service Performance (ESP), Be A People Pro, and The Power To Change. He helped FEA build a nationwide reputation for excellence in a wide variety of industries, including telecommunications, financial services, insurance, hospitality, manufacturing, and utilities.

Andy heads TEG's design and development functions. He ensures that TEG draws on proven training methodologies, state-of-the-art research in cognition, and accelerated learning techniques to design practical and highly interactive programs that create transformational learning experiences.

Andy brings strong business skills and strategic insight to all of TEG’s engagements. He is committed to developing leaders, managers, and individual contributors who can thrive amid the challenges of today’s global workplace. Andy is a highly skilled facilitator who has conducted training sessions in Canada, France, Scandinavia, Hong Kong, and Singapore.

Andy is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Yale University. He served as President of the Board of Directors of Jewish Vocational Services, a highly regarded non-sectarian and not-for-profit organization that helps individuals and companies achieve their employment goals by providing the skills needed for success in today's workplace.
