Kerry Weiner Elkind

Kerry Weiner Elkind, President and Chief Executive Officer, founded TEG to help organizations achieve extraordinary results by building and maintaining strong relationships with their customers and employees. She has achieved this goal by developing and implementing successful initiatives in communications, sales, service, quality, and coaching in all types of workplace environments. Kerry has led and managed projects in a variety of industries, including telecommunications, financial services, manufacturing, technology, utilities, consumer products, and health care.

Kerry heads TEG’s delivery and consulting functions and is responsible for our coaching and leadership development programs. Her vision is to provide leaders with the skills they need to sustain full engagement and peak performance. In addition to facilitating leadership training, she provides one-on-one executive coaching to help global leaders achieve world-class results and stay at the top of their game.

Kerry holds an advanced degree in Education and recently received a graduate Certificate of Educational Therapy. Her energy, humor, and passion make her a popular speaker at national business organizations and conferences on topics ranging from developing leaders to maximizing the performance of today's free agent workforce.

Kerry co-authored Free Agents: People and Organizations Creating A New Working Community (Jossey-Bass, Inc. 1997). She is a contributing writer to many internet and nationally syndicated publications.

Kerry is currently co-authoring the Common Sense Leadership series providing supervisors, managers, and executives with best practices for recruiting, motivating, and retaining our "Next Generation" workforce.
