The Elkind Group takes a collaborative approach to helping your student. This means that we include parents, teachers, and allied professionals at every step. We also provide case management services to reinforce the transference of new skills and learning strategies in school and at home.

Here’s how we develop and implement customized 1:1 solutions for your student’s academic success.

Assess. We conduct formal and informal diagnostics to determine each student’s strengths and areas of opportunities.

Set Goals. We meet with parents to review results, provide coaching recommendations, and develop goals.

Develop A Plan. We develop long-term goals, short-term objectives, and weekly lesson plans.

Work Your Plan. We work with each student to implement an individualized program of coaching and remediation based on the student’s specific needs. We conduct ongoing assessments so that we can redirect and refocus the instruction to meet the student’s goals.

Measure Progress. We meet with parents on a regular basis to check progress against goals and adjust goals as needed.
