Your Coaching Quotient

Your Coaching Quotient is a brief questionnaire that asks you about your current coaching activities. Please answer all the questions honestly in terms of what you actually do on the job, not what you think you should do. When you submit your answers you’ll receive feedback that will help you identify what you're currently doing well in terms of coaching and what you can do to improve.
