I have a lot of excellent ideas. I can’t get anything done.
I know that I have to communicate some tough messages. I need to feel more comfortable having difficult conversations.
I have to achieve results through the efforts of other people. I continue to have conflicts with the people I need to work with.
I have dotted line authority to a number of key stakeholders. I need their buy-in and support in order to achieve my goals.
I am a member of the senior leadership team. I’m having difficulties working with some of the other senior leaders.

I’ve been a strong manager. I want to coach and develop people to help them grow.
I have a team that responds effectively. I want them to be more proactive.
My team does a good job of meeting their current expectations. I need the team to be more innovative and challenge themselves to think outside the box.
I have a diverse team. I want to harness their collective strengths and use their diversity more effectively.
My team is good at solving problems. I want them to anticipate and capitalize on opportunities.
I have a team that provides great service to our clients. I want them to cultivate referrals and introductions to new business opportunities.
People on our team have great ideas. I’m struggling with how to get the team to implement them.
My team is geographically dispersed. I want to improve their collaboration and team work.

Personal Satisfaction

YES!

And…

I’m already successful. I’m looking for something more.
I have advanced in my career. I’m feeling stalled and derailed
So far I’ve achieved all my career goals. I feel like there must be something more I’m meant to do
I just cashed out and money is not an issue I’m wondering what’s next
My career is going great. I don’t have a life
I have a lot of energy and enthusiasm. I feel like I’m going in different directions at the same time
I feel like I’ve done everything I was “supposed” to do I want to break out and pursue my dreams.
